What is Personal Coaching?

Personal Coaching gives you personalized help to build your own well-being strategy. You and your eligible dependents can use a combination of telephonic and online learning to help identify health risks, set goals, and develop personalized strategies to improve health and well-being. Choose from a variety of programs to help you maintain a healthy weight, quit tobacco, stay fit, improve your diet, avoid stress, and much more.

You can choose the ways you’ll connect with your coach:

• Interact personally with your coach over the phone to create your personal plan—and get support along the way.
• Go online to access courses, guided discussions—even a personal coach via live chat or secure messaging.

Complete any personal or online coaching program in 2020 and you’ll earn Health Rewards for your health funding account:

• $100 for single coverage reward
• $200 for dependent coverage reward
• $50 for enrolled spouse reward
